Level 46, "Lolita," of Style Me Girl, is my latest "How to Pass & Get Three Stars With No Cash" update. Lolita wasn't too difficult for me to get three stars, I just went for the super cute girly stuff and stuck to colors pastel pink and white. To find out how to pass Style Me Girl Level 46, "Lolita," and get three stars without using any cash items, read on to the full post for all the details!The closet items screen captures (shown below right in the Closet Items," boxes) can be clicked for a larger view. Below I will list each item with an image and their coin cost (if any). And by coin cost, I mean only the silver coin, the kind you can earn in the game and in Style Catch, absolutely no cash items were used in this example! I hope this helps anyone struggling on the level.

Hair:
- Light brown multi-ponytail up-do (Alexis's from Level 16)
Top:
- Pink plaid knit top with lace collar bow (73 coins)
Bottom:
- Pink "Lolita" skirt with lace, apron and bow in back (100 coins)
- Pink thigh high socks with hearts on them (55 coins)
Shoes:
- Pink wedge heels with bow in front (34 coins)
Accessories:
- Silver heart pendant necklace (62 coins)
- White lace gloves (32 coins)
- White hair bow (22 coins)
Eye Color:
- Black (comes with game)
Makeup:
- Freckles with eyeliner (40 coins)
Signature Items:
- Silver heart shaped dangle earrings (*** item)

My "Stunning," three score earning screen capture is shown in the image at left to show this method worked for me.
Keep in mind there are different versions of the game and this may not be possible or work on all of them, so while I can guarantee you this works for me and should for other players, I cannot guarantee that it will work for all players, or that it always will work.

I only got one star as well. My original outfit looked way more like a Lolita, but the game didn't let me pass. I don't think whoever made this level knew a lot about anime Lolita's. LOL. But, anyways, thanks for at least getting past the level.
Add the pink fan from the 3*** , the two gold bracelet and the gold heart necklace, I used pink hair comes with the game and the white bow that goes over the head. Other then that I used the same things and got three starts
