The theme of Style Me Girl Level 45, is "The Godfather," so I styled model Jane like a boss! Or at least I tried to that is! Going by the three stars I earned for the look, I suppose I succeeded too! And as usual, I did so without using any cash items :) If you would like to know how to pass Style Me Girl level 45, "The Godfather," read the full post to find out how I did it!The closet items screen captures (shown below right in the Closet Items," boxes) can be clicked for a larger view. Below I will list each item with an image and their coin cost (if any). And by coin cost, I mean only the silver coin, the kind you can earn in the game and in Style Catch, absolutely no cash items were used in this example! I hope this helps anyone struggling on the level.

Hair:
- Long wavy brown in half ponytail (Victoria's from Level 2, comes with game)
Top:
- Black and white striped three-quarter sleeve top (39 coins)
- White blazer with black lapels (56 coins)
Bottom:
- Black skirt (49 coins)
- Sheer black thigh high stockings (75 coins)
Shoes:
- Black stiletto platforms with silver heel (56 coins)
Eye Color:
- Brown (comes with game)
Makeup:
- Light natural lipstick (comes with game)
- Light long lashes that come with game
- Peach colored eyeshadow (comes with game)
- Peach blush (comes with game)
Signature Items:
- Black fedora hat with white band (*** Signature Item)

My "Stunning," three score earning screen capture is shown in the image at left to show this method worked for me.
Keep in mind there are different versions of the game and this may not be possible or work on all of them, so while I can guarantee you this works for me and should for other players, I cannot guarantee that it will work for all players, or that it always will work.

Got 3 stars, followed your post but I diverged a bit.
HAIR: Same
TOP: White long-sleeve blouse you first used in the Wild West level
Signature Item--Black suit jacket with elbow-length sleeves
BOTTOM: Signature Item-- pleated black mini-skirt with chains
ACCESSORIES: Same fedora, same stockings, a bead necklace, Signature leopard print nails, two black rings, silver and gold coil bracelet, Signature gold sunglasses, Signature purple clutch
SHOES: Same
MAKEUP: Black eye makeup with red lipstick, light natural blush, dainty mascara, brown eyes
Another 3* combination
HAIR; Brown/blond wavy half down/half updo hair.
CLOTHES; Same striped top, Black blazer ( signature item ), same skirt.
SHOES; Black heels that come with game.
ACCESSORIES; Black fingerless gloves, large diamond earrings, Gold and brownish clutch ( signature item ).
EYES; same
MAKEUP; Same makeup except I also used the black eye shadow and liner that comes with the game.

it wont let me pass it wants all pinstripe but when I do have pinstripe nothing happens
