I've been systematically replaying the levels of Style Me Girl, testing how my examples are holding up. Level 24, "Nautical," is one of the most challenging in the game, so I am happy to bring an updated example of how to pass & get three stars on the level without using any cash items. Read on for the details!I ended up using several items on Level 24's model, Annie, to get my three stars. In order to show all over them in a screen capture, I had to take three, which are shown below. You can click the screen captures to view a larger version if you'd like. Following the closet screen captures, each item is listed with an image and their coin cost (if any). And by coin cost, I mean only the silver coin, the kind you can earn in the game and in Style Catch, absolutely no cash items were used in this example! I hope this helps anyone struggling on the level.

Hair:
- Long strawberry blonde (Fara's from level 9, comes with game)
Top:
- Black and white striped three-quarter sleeve top (39 coins)
- Blue silk/satin bolero/cover top (39 coins)
Bottom:
- Navy, tan and white stripe-pattern pencil skirt (48 coins)
Shoes:
- Flat black stappy sandals with white dots/studs (39 coins)
Accessories:
- Bracelet that comes with came with red stones
- Necklace that comes with game with red gemstone
- Earrings that come with game with red stones
- Canvas shoulder bag with leather straps and corners (18 coins)
- Denim beret style hat (33 coins)
Eye Color:
- Blue (comes with game)
Makeup:
- Light natural lipstick that comes with game
- Light long lashes that come with game
- Peach colored eyeshadow that comes with game
- Peach blush that comes with game
Signature Items:
- Gold wireframe sunglasses (*** item)

My "Stunning," three score earning can be seen in the screen capture shown left. .
Keep in mind there are different versions of the game and this may not be possible or work on all of them, so while I can guarantee you this works for me and should for other players, I cannot guarantee that it will work for all players, or that it always will work.

I did this one but with blue pants and blue and white shirt because i had no money

Did this look exactly the same and got 2 stars. It told me I needed a racist.
It needs Annie's own blue hairs to pass the game at 3 stars.
This worked for me on a kindle fire and you do not need to have the glasses as of 1/9/17
Got three stars with the following...
Hair: Victoria's black half ponytail(comes with game)
Clothes: Long sleeved blue black and white printed sweatshirt(7 cash...Sadly T^T)
Skirt: Jean blue light denim skirt(only one cash...still mad about the sweater T^T)
Socks: fully black tights
Shoes: black open toed heels
Accessories: blue spiral bracelet, white lace gloves(2 cash)
Eyes: Blue eyes similar to the pink ones from level 4
Makeup: fancy black eyelashes, light pink lipstick, and pink blush
Star items: Golden stars that sparkle
Oh and here's another look if my first one does not work...
Hair: Blonde hair in up do(comes with game)
Shirt: blue off shoulder cutout shirt
Pants: denim shorts with brown belt
leggings: fishnet tall lace leggings
Shoes: black heels(comes with the game)
Accessories: black and white rings, and pink gem earrings,bracelet,and necklace(all comes with game)
Eyes: dark teal green eyes from level 7(comes with the game)
Makeup: Mint green and blue makeup
