Haute Couture is yet another level that posted a three star example of previously, though it required a cash item, namely the dress, in order to achieve the three stars.
So I of course, gave Level 22 another try, and lo! I was able to get three stars WITHOUT using any gold $ cash items. I hope this is helpful to you!
