Here's mine, used a lot of Signature Items:
HAIR: Same as the model's
DRESS: Strapless red lacy dress (***-item)
SHOES: Same as your post
MAKEUP: Purple sparkly lipstick, winged mascara, fuchsia eyeshadow
ACCESSORIES: Knuckler-handle clutch (first suggested for the Met Ball level), gold chain with diamond circular pendant, gold chunky bracelet, two gold bangles, three gold hoop chandelier earrings
When in doubt, if I don't have the coins to buy a more appropriate dress/outfit, I accessorize as appropriately. I will bedeck the model with as much as I can, again, appropriately (not gonna give Lea those spiked bangles here or anything, for example). And it usually works.
