Didn't spend nearly 1k on the jacket and *still* got a 3-star. I followed your post all the on-all-in levels page.
Here's how:
HAIR: Wavy blond-hair in half-updo
TOP: Black sleeveless w/ lacy bust, that comes w/game
BOTTOMS: Poofy geometric-patterned skirt
SHOES: Stilettos w/wooden spike
MAKEUP: White under-eyeshadow & dainty long lashes
EYES: Same as model's
