Only worked (3-stars--wise) for me when I combined this post and the all-levels page post. I used the 714-dollar dress in this post, same bikini, same accessories and hair and shoes, but no alternate eye color, and a different pink lip gloss.
That dress wasn't available right away, so I had to do a few more levels before it was unlocked in the Fashion Closet.
